My husband and I want to recognize Eric Cole, Loan Officer, in the mortgage department at Farmers Bank and Trust KS. He is very skilled in his position and goes beyond what is expected. He listens carefully to questions and is professional, kind, and patient in his communications. We trusted Eric, and throughout the refi process, kept returning to Eric for clarifications. He stands as a model for the mortgage team.

Very unorganized services, first they told you that you were not qualified for the loan application, later on, they called you and asked you to keep providing all the documents they asked. Same document was asked many times, even you can clearly see it in the portal. My precious time were wasted, now the loan rate is so high. What a big mess.

I have used Commerce Bank for over 15 years for my business. A few months ago, I made a partial switch to Farmers Bank for my business because of some issues we were having with Commerce. Recently we had a payroll glitch during the holiday. Commerce Bank would not help us out, because I was out of town and not there in person. I made ONE phone call to Farmers Bank, and the matter was resolved in seconds over the phone. My employees were paid immediately! I have now switched 100% of my business to Farmers Bank! Best personal banking period.

We have always been impressed with the quality of service we get here. Their staff is fantastic!

Always very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when buying a house even though I didn’t use them as a lender. Helped me get my finances organized and walked me through some of the processes.

Very unreliable and fraudulent business practice. Predatory loan company. Stay away.

TRUST ME JUST DO NOT USE THIS MORGAGE COMPANY. MY EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST.
