Farm Bureau of Whitfield Co Chattanooga Rd, Dalton

My moma has been paying this rip off company $159 a month for years on old cars! That’s so crazy!! Should we get a lawyer?

May be a good insurance company but it's about the worst place to catch open when you need something. Several times over the past few years I've stopped by the office and they would be closed for no apparent reason. Their sign will say they are open at 10 in the morning but the door will be locked and no cars in the parking lot. It's kinda crazy

The staff there are super racist. We came there to get a quote and the front desk person was very rude, then they kept us waiting to get a simple quote, the guy that was "helping" us said he would go and take pictures of the house to give us our quote and would call us the next day. Never called us. I will contact their headquarters because no one should get treated like this. The good thing is that we found a very good quote with State Farm. They know how to treat their customers.

I have my life insurance and vehicle insurance through farm bureau. I love my agent and the ease of making all my payments online or automatic withdrawal.

Have all my loans and life insurance with farm bureau whitfield and always had great service. Will be a lifetime customer for sure. Would recommend to anyone

As “racist” is thrown around more and more by the intellectually challenged, I thought it proper to leave a review stating that there is no such behavior from this business. Been using them for years and gotten nothing but good service.
