These people are trash if someone list you as a reference and make a one time payment for them they think it's ok to go into my account and make a payment with out my consent. Also they will harass all the people on ur reference even people you never added they some how get of hold of them! I don't trust them and won't ever open a loan with them again!!

I originally opened this account to build my credit ,I fell on some financial hardships once again, I was not able to keep up the the loan payments , I contacted Famsa to let them know that they could proceed with the process that I would not be able to pay them ,it was then that that man that answered the phone proceeded to humiliate me and say that he would take legal action if I didn't pay them ,I asked to speak with his supervisor only to find out he was the supervisor he then proceeded to threaten me and make condescending remarks about my situation. I then asked for cooperate number and he said that he would call cooperate himself ,I have never been so humiliated and disrespected and have been threatened over 200 $! I'm appalled at the treatment that I have received , I paid some of the balance to get them to stopsharrassing my references then only I get a letter in the mail saying that It might not be important to me but it's important to them who says that first of all ?? A professional business?? I wouldn't recommend this loan place ever they are unprofessional and they will harrass your references if you don't pay on time or if you do fall on hard times . I even contacted their district manager to complain about the customer service and they never returned my call says alot ....they don't care about your situation Don't use this place !

They have great customer service and I always get my loans with them and they also work with you if you are late on your payments

I never have problems, they always very respectful and wonderful customer service
