Been a member for close to 10yrs. Small branch but its never busy, there’s never a line. On my 3rd personal loan and my second vehicle loan. Exellent loan rates that nobody can beat if your credit is good. Simple and clear.

Every time I need anything the staff at my credit union go beyond any other banking facility Ive ever banked with. Thats why ive been with them over 15 years. They greet you by your name and remember you. Thats nice makes you feel like family.

This is ridiculous. I've had an account here almost a year. Today was the first time i tried to take out money and the lady tells me I can only take out $1000 then I would have to have a check for the rest.So now I gotta go to my other bank to cash it. So inconvenient. I might close my account what if this was an emergency and I needed more than $1000 cash. The lady was nice but just this is ridiculous.

The president or manager of this credit union is untrustworthy and very unprofessional. The staff is a bunch of zombies . They pick and choose who they want to help not on your credibility and worth. So if you need a credit union that's gonna be there for you in your time of need family 1st of texas is not the credit union for you.

Sandra the President is awful. Worst credit union ever. Sandra isn't very innovative at all so the company had to close 2nd location, and barely gets any business. Just pass by see how empty it is due to Sandra being rude and patronizing! She doesn't greet you and just stays in back.

I used this place for loans for years. they are great people and work with you during hard times and situations that may pop up. This is a well ran business and would like to do business with them again in the future. Thank you

The staff has always treated me with open arms. I love this place and can not imagine banking anywhere else! It's small and therefore feels more personal.
