Falls Catholic Credit Union Graham Rd, Cuyahoga Falls

To those of you who had no issues, you are fortunate. I have never had a more UNCOMFORTABLE feeling with any Banking Institution. I went to them because I thought they were "Christian Based". Not so much!! Just be careful and do your own investigation.

I have banked with the FCCU for over 50 years - starting with a share account in grade school. I have never had anything but the best service whether it was a loan, Visa, savings or checking (share draft) account transaction. The employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. As for rates - loan rates, from my experience, are better than bank rates (I used to work for a bank). This is a hometown local banking institution and even though I now live 35 minutes away I still bank here.

I’ve been with this bank for a long time. Nothing but great things to say. All my loans I use Falls Catholic. Car loans I’ve never seen a bank tell the dealership, no it this much or wr won’t do the loan. An in return they got the dealership to give me the best deal. It’s greatbanking with a bank that had your back.

I have been banking with this company for almost two years. The customer service is beyond awesome! They really do look out and care for their customers! I have been with multiple banks, and this credit union has definitely been my favorite

I banked with them and have an auto loan. Liars. Manipulative, and disrespectful. The will bully you and threaten you when they dont get what they want.I made all my car payments on time for 2 years. They out of the blue. MARK the CFO decided he would try to repo my car because he personally didnt like me. I have recorded conversations with him and will upload them when possible. He lied to me and held my car hostage and demanded i pay a $1500 lien fee and pay off the remaining balance of like $10,000 or he would repo my car. Based on the fact that he personally didnt like me. I have retained a lawyer and we will soon be taking them to court to sue. I would like to see MARK fired. What this bank did is illegal and they claim they a catholic?!?!

I have been banking here since 1994 and no issues with anyone working here. Not many of the long time employees left at this CU but they still know me by name when I walk in. I like that personal touch.

I just left there to discuss possibly opening an account and the lady at the desk literally spoke to me while still sitting at her desk and I was in the lobby. What type of greeting and professionalism is that. I was so uncomfortable and in shock. No privacy to discuss my business at all. Thanks for nothing.

Have had bad experiences with Mark on a number of occasions. He is rude, intimidating and speaks to one as an Ex-husband/boyfriend. He had to go to court for a mischievous misdemeanor. He is unprofessional. I agree with one of the reviews that state, that he should be fired.

The absolute worst banking institution I have ever banks with manipulative bullying tactics out rages interest rates the president the CFO Burley you take advantage of you treat you like a piece of trash there or be ashamed to call them selves Catholics not only that but they threaten you they lie do you steal your car still your money this place needs to be shut down ASAP if you're ever considering banking year do not do it! They will rip your mouth out and then smile on your face though they're call me objective is to rip you off take your money treat you like crap threaten you and below you steer clear of this bank at all cost I've notified the Better Business Bureau the credit bureau in the Falls police this needs to stop at once Larry and Mark is specially are the two culprits i've never had such an awful experience with the banking institution in my life never again will I ever made with this institution again and everyone I come in contact with I will let them know how awful my experience was not only that but the crooks steer clear at all cost you've been warned

Talk about snobby people. Never will do business with again. Forewarning Stay away! If this place closed down I wouldn't be surprised. What a model company for the people of our community.
