Terrible experience one of the worst in my life , they charged me over 1400$ in over draft fees for things like a 1$ transaction , in my estimate about 30 times if not more for simple transactions such as 10$ for gas theyd charge repeadetly for $35. Nowni have no way to pay my rent cause i just paid them my rent will be looking to rent a room in sand lake area please if anyone can help. Future customers please avoid this area at all costs possible and avoid this bank never have i been charged so many overdraft fees and i went in politely and asked to speak to a branch supervisor and a very rude african american woman just blamed me that its my fault i was in the hospital and had to pay medical bills, CLOSE FAIRWINDS DOWN THERE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT AND JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AT ANY CHANCE POSSIBLE!!!

terrible customer service, asked to speak to branch supervisor and they the african american lady working there said she is the branch supervisor and told me to go screw my self, will be closing my account and had to pay over 1400$ in overdraft fees while i was in the hospital for breaking my foot! STEER CLEAR OF THIS BANK AND THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Great staff who are kind, courteous, and professional. I’m a very satisfied member of this credit union, they’re efficient and very helpful.

Went to inquire about a car loan and was told that my credit was a 670. Quite difficult to believe. Went to my bank and they told me my credit was a 750. Don't believe what Fairwinds "tells" you. They told me, never showed me. Crooks

The agent who blatantly seemed to NOT want to be at work, looked disheveled and wasn't dressed in professional attire. Lacked customer service skills and was not welcoming or warm. Literally forced her to share information about the different checking account/saving account options. Everyone has a bad day so I will give her the benefit of the doubt that this was just a bad day for her.

Just sent my son to this location to make a loan and credit card payment with two checks with the respective account numbers on both checks. They sent paperwork out for him to fill out including member number acct number etc. I have never filled out anything and cannot believe how un-helpful the staff was to make a payment. I didn't go as I am awaiting results for covid19 test and am trying to avoid leaving the house, however thanks to the lack of assistance I am heading to the branch right now with no mask and going to make my payments. Unacceptable customer service.

Ryan B. Was great, very help, there are not a lot of FAIRWINDS around me so I had to travel 30 minutes to get to this location. Once I got there Ryan was able to help everything perfectly and patiently. I am very grateful Ryan is the best bank teller I have worked with, thank you!!!

I miss my Dr Phillips branch I have had this bank since I was 17 and I am now 32 I don’t fancy any of the other branches the customer service at this branch cannot be found at any other location. I have not been there in awhile yet I still received a personal Happy Birthday call from the Branch not a recording! An actual live person called me today for my birthday! Thank you
