FAIRWINDS Credit Union FL, New Smyrna Beach

I have been a member since 1988 and Fairwinds is the best bank/credit union ever. They are always ready to assist you in every way.

I opened my accounts in Deltona at the Branch there. I was VERY pleased with the service I got there, and was even more pleased when they opened the branch in New Smyrna Beach (much closer to home). I have been a member for approx. 6 years and have had nothing but GREAT service from everyone I have dealt with. I have had 2 car loans, with great rates, GREAT customer service (like a small town bank, where they know your name and treat you like a valued customer!). I don’t feel “forgotten” or not valued like I have at the bigger banks. I would recommend them to anyone!

Leslie G (Member Service Specialist) reached out to me and held my hand through the entire process to refi my vehicle loan. She was kind, pleasant, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. If you need help with anything I highly suggest reaching out to her! Thank you Leslie!

I am not a member of Fairwinds yet, but I have been to this location to cash some checks made by another member. I will absolutely be back because of the tremendous customer service I received from Bina and Genesis. I was in a frenzy and very distraught when I arrived, but their compassion and kindness eased all the stress during such a stressful situation. Thank you so very much ladies!
