I had the worst experience with Frank Garramone at Fairway Mortgage. He wasted almost three weeks of my time with lies and excuses. He would tell me I will call you today and then he never would. Then I would hear from him days later with no answers after he would say yes. He would keep me on the phone for at most five minutes before giving me more excuses about how busy he is. He made me feel as though I wasn’t important at all as a client. How unprofessional someone can be to say they will call you over and over again and yet again never does. Once we called the main office number and complained to the receptionist about Frank not returning our call and how he does not keep to any of his words he finally called back. As we opened up to express how upsetting this has been he said to us let me stop you there and cut us off. He started to say how I am forceful because I am asking him when he will call me back. He went on to say there is a 1,000 lenders out there you can go to them. I have never heard of such a thing. I was beyond upset. I have been nothing but calm and patient with this man and he was now throwing it back on me in the form of a lie. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I was left rushing to find another lender who thankfully helped me. He stayed on the phone and went through the process with me and gave me a pre approval the same day and sympathized with me with having to go through such a terrible experience with Frank at Fairway Mortgage. I wrote this review to truly make sure the owners are aware of this and that he will be held accountable for such unprofessional behavior. Also, so that no one will have to go through the experience that I went through with this person.

Frank and his (especially Susan) team made me feel like family in the processing of my home. Due to my recent retirement there were a few bumps, but his team were not giving up. Finally everything worked out and I was making settlement 👏🏼👏🏼🎉🎊🏡🔑🍾💞. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️. I would recommend Frank and his team anytime. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Frank was great with communicating the details of my loan and made all the steps very easy. My home purchase was a breeze! His team, including Bill, were very friendly, easy to work with, and were great at moving the process along! Thank you!

Will never use or recommend them. Frank was very unprofessional. screaming and belittling client and their agent is not how to get repeat business. Staff very incompetent. When they ask for info, I would send it right away but she would ask for same info over and over again. Frank was more interested in trying to prove he is right then helping to resolve issues. Once he begged and received my business wouldn’t answer or return my phone calls.

Simply the best place for your home loan needs. They took our case seriously and took getting us a home as serious as if it was for their own family. We will forever be grateful for all their hard work and their help in making my family's home buying dreams a reality! We would love to thank Bill as well for not giving up on us and working extra hard!
