Fairway Mortgage is a crucial partner when you go through the home buying process! What I most appreciated was the spreadsheet they provided that showed both the monthly and overall difference in money paid depending on the down payment amount. This helped us to determine our cash flow needs from one house to the next so we could make our new house became our family home. However, that spreadsheet would not have been that helpful if it weren't for the friendly, supportive, and easy to work with staff who made sure to modify it to fit our needs. Thank you Jeff! My experience as a first time homebuyer was smooth thanks to brian floyd. From my very first call with him he told me "leave it to me I am the expert." He was so real and straight to the point and asked what I was looking for and told me what he can do for me. I am a single mother and told him my income and told him i was looking to purchase a condo. I have heard that purchasing a condo can be a little bit of a headache but he told me not to worry he would handle everything and did. Throughout the time period of the purchase he was always in contact via email, text and call and was there at time of signing for the home. He was a great person to work with.
