great service, the employees know what they are talking about and are really nice . The store itself is small but it has a wide variety of products to choose from. I am doing all of my shopping at the EZ Money pawn shop.

I was very happy with my experience at EZ Money Pawn. My hobby is shopping in pawn shops and other second hand stores and either I keep the merchandise that I buy, give it to friends or family, or I sell it. I'm not in it for the money, I enjoy getting a good deal and I enjoy sharing my good deals with family or friends. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and informed of the specials (some merchandise was 15% off and no taxes on guns till the end of the month) and then, I was left alone to shop in peace. I found the prices to be average for pawn shops ($80-85% retail) but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the staff was eager to haggle and I got a couple good deals.

I was in need of money, & had to pawn my expensive new, never used, electronic sewing machine. They approved a $100 loan on it. Unfortunately I hadn't been able to pay it off, & had been paying the interest only, for between 2 & 3 years Every three months I would receive a text from E Z PAWN ON IRVINGTON, ACROSS FROM FRY'S, informing me of the due date. Unfortunately this time around, no text, no reminder notification. They had 2 contact numbers of mine, to let me know that my very expensive sewing machine would be sold unless. I called, they gave me the run around on the phone. Finally when I gave them my pawn ticket number, was informed that my item had been sold, that they tried calling me for days, TOTALLY UNTRUE!! I NEVER GOT ONE SINGLE CALL. Something not right happened there, & although I can't prove it, I suspect that somebody at that E Z PAWN SHOP, KEPT MY MACHINE. I hope they enjoy it. Moral of the story, don't leave your pawned items that are valuable to you, there for very long. Don't trust that they'll be there. Better yet, go to another pawn shop.

There so rude you walk in there no one greats you and I had to ask for assistance and when I did they still ignored me! The males that work in there look like they don't do anything but talk and the only guy that helped me sold me a phone that was flashed, so I had to drive back and return it..... Instead of standing around just go straight to the counter when u need help and HOPE they help you and sell you the correct items.

I love the staff, very down to earth and reasonable to deal with. Vanessa the manager is the best in that entire company.....
