I had ring which the stone had cracked and fallen out. The crooks at Shaver and Time World were going to charge $40 to repair this ring. Upon showing it to the owner of Express, who was professional and polite, he advised me to make the repair myself and explained exactly how to do it and with what specific product. His honesty and professionalism are greatly appreciated. The store itself is also nice. The lighting is ample and the merchandise is well organized and priced fairly. I will return to this store should I need another repair.

I was in a tight spot financially for months. More than a few times, I was WEEKS late on paying for more time on my pawned jewelry. .. I called and they said "no problem" EVERY TIME. Just good people with amazing jewelry. They're not out to just make money. They care. They're amazing! !!
