Do not recommend! Unfortunately, we had an awful experience refinancing our mortgage with the company and that is directly reflective of the individual we dealt with. Maybe you will have better luck with someone else because otherwise they have competitive rates, very easy software (especially useful during the pandemic), and the process was so much less painful than previous ones! Such a bummer one person can ruin the whole experience!
