I don't know what's up with the negative reviews. They have always offered me average to above average banking services and walk me through every step of the way. Terrible call center. I have to call during my 15 minute break at work and they NEVER answer the phone. I can't pay my car payment online so I have to wait for a half hour til someone answers. Furious! Get with the times and let me pay online!
