Eric helped us refinance our house a couple years ago. He made the process so easy and was always ready and willing to answer any questions that came up along the way. Now we are in the process of selling our home and buying a new one and it was a no-brainer to go through Eric for our new loan. Even though the process is just starting he's already helped answer a lot of questions and walk me through everything. I'd recommend Eric to anyone in need of a good loan officer.

Eric is the best mortgage guy! Reliable. Easy to get a hold of when you need. He works hard to make sure things get taken care of and communicates with you throughout the entire process. Thanks for all of the help you have provided through the years of working with you!

Eric is the man! He helped us with our refinance and got us a great deal. Eric does a great job at making sure the process is done correctly, quick, and as easy as possible for the customer. We loved working with Eric and would reccomend him to anyone!

I cannot speak enough about how great our experience with Eric has been. There were curveballs thrown at us left and right, but Eric navigated them with us like an absolute pro. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. Eric was absolutely amazing to work with!!! I was sent to him after another lender messed up my financing, and from that moment forward I have been beyond impressed. When I was sent over to him with only had 24 hours to make sure I could get financing, or potentially lose my escrow funds. Not only did Eric work into the evening to get an answer to me, but he continually provided me with updates throughout the whole process. He took what was a very stressful moment for me, and made everything from there so easy and seamless. From the moment Eric took over my loan, I knew I was in good hands, and went back to focusing on moving. Not only was he great to work with from my end, but both my agent and the sellers agent raved about how great he was to work with.

TRANSPLANT BEWARE!!!!!!!! If I could give them half a star I would, this review came down to one word Communication! I received no contact from Eric Olson nor Jen Bybee. They took it upon themselves to only speak with my wife, not even to our agent. Also when we hit delays on our closing; by a week I may add. I still received no communication from Eric nor Jen. As a Cuban-American I’ve never felt soo disrespected as if they didn’t even want to speak with me because they assumed that my wife’s English was better than mine or since she is originally from Utah they felt a kind of kin ship. Nevertheless I would never recommend Eric Olson for anything along with Acadamey Mortgage it’s a place for LDS members and their families and nobody else… especially transplants

Eric is the BEST!! I always have at least ten questions to ask him and he is so great at answering them and helping me. He knows his stuff and has been so wonderful to work with.

We have worked with Eric through two moves and a refinance and he’s been wonderful to work with! I’m so grateful to have been able to work with someone trustworthy and reliable. Financing a house and moving is really overwhelming if you don’t have a good understanding of how it all works, so knowing we had Eric in our corner really made the process so much easier and allowed us to feel confident in our decisions.

We follow Eric wherever he goes! What I mean is that when we need a loan we want HIM for our loan officer--it doesn't matter which company he is with! We met him years ago when he was working as a Bank Manager, and we were so impressed with his expertise and his willingness to answer each and every question--that when we needed to refinance--we sought him out and found him at Academy Mortgage! Great job yet again Eric! Thank you so much!

Eric has been wonderful to work with. He has answered questions in a timely manner and has been very helpful through our two refinances. He is really on top of things and is very personable! We recommend him to anyone needing lending advice or services!
