We utilized Richard Rose’s services to purchase our first home using VA benefits. Initially we tried and failed using US Bank and CHASE bank. “The banks” turned what should have been an enjoyable experience into a 6 month underwriting nightmare. The last word from the bank after our second unsuccessful attempt was that we have cleared all underwriting conditions however the VA appraisal expired because it had been 6 months. Once our credit stabilized from the bank inquiries we reached out to Richard with a very skeptical mindset of our ability to close on a home.
