Absolutely the worst branch!! As a business Owner the service here on multiple visits is terrible! Today again is no different. The tellers are always rude and make up different policies than any of the other branches from North KC to KS that I deal with and it effects my daily business with this bank. Go to another branch! The reviews reflect the service here!

Best customer service!!!! They set up my daughter's account with a smile. I don't get that from my bank now strongly thinking about switching in the near future great work Chris & Chris hahahaha

Excellent bank. I have my personal banking and my business banking done there. My family also has there business and personal accounts there. Never had a problem. All the employees know you by name.

Equity is the worst bank. I’ve had the worst experiences with their employees and strict rules. This is possibly due to this bank being a “second chance” bank and the chain being so small. There are so many hidden rules that aren’t disclosed when you sign up for an account. I was always having issues with them denying payments & my actual account balance being correct. The worst part of it all, they do not have 24/7 customer service.

Absolutely horrible experience here, STAY AWAY from this bank at all costs. they will not have a customer service level that will meet anyone's standards.
