    So my 16 year old daughter has had a checking account for 2 yrs with Enb. We went tonight at the cloister branch to cash her payroll check, the lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. She refused to cash the check due to her not having the amount of her check in her account.The inside tellers have always cashed her checks without problems. I am extremely angry and frustrated shouldn't all of your tellers follow the same policy and procedures? I will no longer be going to the cloister branch and I sincerely hope that your other branches do not continue to give her problems cashing her payroll check. Update. The branch manger called me personally about my experience she was very friendly and explained that the teller was in the wrong and that she would address it with them. She also gave me her own extension directly if I experience another issue.

    ENB used to be personable banking. Always treated everyone like a neighbor. I find switching to the digital age they lost a little bit of that down home feel. You used to be able to call any branch and deal with minor issues and get things taken care of right away. Now you get put through an 800 number and you can leave your number and they will get back to you when it's convenient for that one person. Who probably is on vacation or not at their desk and won't return your call for a week. Thanks for not always being available.

    I like Ephrata National Bank, but the tellers at this location (the Cloister branch office) are rude, and service is terrible. Unfortunately, it's my closest branch office, but I try to go to any other location. Every interaction is served with a sour attitude, as if you, the customer, are an imposition. I love dealing with every other location.

    This bank has a great ability for service and accommodation. Unfortunately as a local business owner we have had terrible service. This bank is only willing to accommodate big business. The signs you see around town stating “community banking at work. Helping local business’s grow” is a crock. We have been loyal to a bank that has let us know that only large scale business matters. Unfortunately we cannot or will not do business with ENB. Beware, and make sure you shop around. Their is no guidance or respect for small business.

    Used ENB for years for business and personal and find them "middle of the road". - This bank has been helpful at times, but other times they are not very patient or helpful. - Their app is the same; has worked sometimes and not others. - A simple question today about a fee they charged for a check from Canada took 16 minutes to get the answer. I'm sure other banks have issues too. We're still on planet earth! :-)

    The mobile banking is great, but the drive-through is incredibly slow. Even with all lanes open, I waited 25+ min in the drivethrough last week.

As you noted, we're operating all 4 lanes but are still trying to come up with other solutions to deal with the volume until we're able to open our lobbies back up again. Glad to hear that you like our mobile banking. Have you enrolled in Mobile Deposit yet? This can eliminate trips to the bank and the subsequent lines to deposit a check.     I had the worst experience in there drive through today! The teller just walked away while 6 cars were waiting and a few drove off cause we'd been waiting for about 15min. 3 tellers were so happily chatting in the bank and totally ignored us until I finally blew my horn! I mean where is customer service!?
