Love, love, love Mr. Faulkner and Envoy Mortgage team! As a first time home buyer going in, reluctant and not sure what to expect. I was somewhat down having received extremely poor service with another lending institution and partner company. I was referred to Mr. Faulkner. This fine gentleman is PHENOMENAL. He is experienced, knowledgeable, warm and polite! His team took great care of me during my process! Things were a breeze and well communicated.
