I'm surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit yet. There financial practices are far from ethical. I have never heard of the type of financing they signed us up for. It is not what they explained to us.

I did not choose this company for a loan that I have and I would never choose or recommend this company. I make a payment and it takes them almost a month to post to my account. I would like to be able to see my account online so I can see the balance, trying to get t hem to call or email back with info is not going to happen. he few times I have been able to talk with them I ask them what takes so long to post my payments and they say they are very backed up with workers trying to post payments. We live in a digital age why are they manually posting payments and why can't they look at my account when I give them the number and they tell me my balance? I am always told that it has to be verified. They definitely do not know what end is up

Waiting to receive Vehicle title for a loan that was paid off 3 months ago. By law, once loan is paid off, supposed to get title within 10 days. Still have not received Title. Not sure what else to do. Would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Worst bank. Stay away...far away from these con artists. I've paid off my loan 6 months ago and was told my title will be mailed to me. Nothing till this day...nothing. No communication.. No service no nothing!!!! urggghhhhhh!!!! Only run around... Update... Just got off the phone with Currnecy. Finally got someone to answer and she said my account was sold to another company. This is after I paid it off. And that's all she can tell me urrrgghhhhhhh!!! and she kept repeating the same line "thats all the info I have" for 5 minutes.

They quote a percentage for the loan then they take 3 payments upfront. A bunch of crooks. No one ever answers the phone. I asked for a payoff They sent me a payoff quote just as they took another payment out of my account and conveniently didnt deduct it from the payoff figure. The email me looking for info on a payoff check as I sent over night mail. I sent them a copy of the canceled check they deposited 4 days earlier. Still waiting.

Their loan servicing is absolutely the worst. Takes weeks for them to post a payment if you are on paper statements. We have made 4 payments and as soon as they are posted Im driving to LA and pay it off in person!

I purchased a tow truck for my business to make money more than a month ago but it has been sitting in my garage collecting cob-webs. I have not been able to get it plated so I can put it on the road I purchased insurance as Enverto requested signed more than a dozen contracts but they can't seem to get a simple copy of the title so I can get it registered in my state so I can start to use it. But yet I have already gotten a bill from them. I've made several phone calls and sent out several emails trying to find a solution but have been very unsuccessful in getting any help or answers.

Got a 2020 bigtex trailer was easy up until i needed to contact them goodluck ive searched everywhere and nothing cant get a payoff qoute because u cannot reach them hide run far away

I have 40 foot tandem axle trailer trying to get pay off for it for over two months. Seems to be can't get ahold of no one. I bet if I stop making payments I will get some action.

The customer service is horrible, my friend purchased a flatbed tow truck and has yet to receive his title and they have blocked his emails. Two years ago Eri Berto had the same problem and no one could help him either. It has also been a month and still no title. The organization with this company is very, very poor and unacceptable.
