Ent Credit Union Wynkoop St, Denver

I've used ENT for about 25 years and have always been treated very well on a personal and business level. I do not feel the negative reviews others have posted reflect my experience.

Parking was a little difficult but I like the ATM being outdoors. It was very convenient

Nice individual people at branches but lousy and with attitude in their loan department, don't waste your time! I've been very careful with my credit. I sat the branch loan officer down to explain that i wanted a credit card for balance transfers and a motorcycle loan and I had a big down payment. I even showed her my Experian and TransUnion credit scores. I told her if they couldn't do what I needed not to ding my credit scores with two hard inquiries (they don't issue their own credit cards). Welp, they couldn't/wouldn't do either the card or the loan! BOA did the credit card with no annual fee and a zero percent balance transfer using the exact same credit report! Westminster Federal Credit Union did the motorcycle loan with a low interest rate! Don't waste your time with ENT!!!

I am generally anti-bank and willing to put up with the quirks of Credit Unions. Ent is the first time I haven’t found any quirks, thus far. Joined via an auto loan and have had a great experience. Have never had to go into a branch, the technology is reliable, and they kept their promotion promises for opening checking and savings accounts, along with the loan. The two times I’ve had to call in, they’ve been fast and friendly.

I keep getting "pre approved" statements in the mail, which due to covid I DESPERATELY need. But when I fill out the offer I get denied PLUS my credit gets hit. I never expected my locally owned and a bank I've always loved and trusted to stoop so low as this. I am VERY hurt by this..

Ridiculously slow process. Uninformed phone support, tellers and bankers. It was the teller's first time to experience recutting a check (my money) so I was made to wait 15minutes only to be brought into an office and told by a banker i would have to pay a $25 fee to have the check (my money) recut or wait 60 days to get a new check issued for free (again, to access my money). I moved from my old address and USPS forwarding did not take effect immediately. Banks and CUs are a thing of the past. Guess I have to wait 60 days to access my money. They definitely didnt find it "in the kindness of their hearts" to reward a long term customer with a recut check for his own money.

ENT is one of the best credit unions I have ever worked with. Every branch I’ve ever been to has been great. Their staff genuinely cares. I called the card holder services today and spoke to Sabrina. She was so incredibly helpful and friendly! I’ve been a member for almost 8 years and even though there aren’t a lot of locations in Denver, I plan on staying with them simply because of their outstanding customer service.

Horrible service! Manager in office right behind me, assisting no one, emailed the teller rather than talking to me directly about my issue, after I asked to speak with a manager. I can't speak for them all, but one teller acts like she doesn't know me, even though I've been going there 2 - 3 times a week for 9 months (just because it's the closest credit union near me). I guess "member owned" doesn't mean members should be provided good service! That's why I only go in for shared branch transactions rather than joining with them!

Horrible service. Someone made fraudulent charges on my account. Haven't been able to get any help other than flying all the way back to Colorado just to figure it out. Very rude.

Terrible customer service. Asking important questions we were out off only to find out they are required to run credit check to open an account. We had a freeze on ours making it difficult. That's an important fact. We explained we wanted to open a account for our mother who is imobile. Took days to get application she forgot twice then mailed. We had it notorized took it down town to be told that offer expired two days ago.
