Should be ZERO stars! This company's practice of randomly calling like predators and stating that they're contacting you on behalf of a loved one is a farce. Shanelle phoned me and when I asked who the person in need was, she abruptly hung up the phone. I called the number and Miss Shady wouldn't say that she was the person I spoke with. And, was rude when I suggested that take a different approach to ending her calls. I hope only the truly desperate have to resort to using this company. WORK WITH YOUR MORTGAGE LENDER INSTEAD. Resources are available through your local and state representative to help you keep your home. Don't make a deal with this disrespectful and unprofessional people. File a complaint with the Attorney General's office.
