At least one employee on the phones when I was there, is under Department of Corrections supervision. Are you going to let them handle your delicate legal matters? Your LAWYER should be working to negotiate a settlement. These guys simply talk like lawyers, and offer to settle your case for 60% of what you're being sued for, based on economic hardship.
