As, I write this review today I am smiling ear to ear in my new home. I’m feeling so grateful that I was able to buy my dream house because of Lou. Let me just say... There is no other better loan officer than Lou Centrella. This man when ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure we moved in. As cliche as this may sound, if Lou didn't help us, we wouldn't have THIS house. As a business owner myself, I understand the need to attend to your clients at all times. Lou, was ALWAYS there. It’s not very often you come across people like him. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to buy a house to use him.

Lou handled our mortgage financing smoothly and efficiently, always taking the time to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable in whatever decision we made. After a terrible experience with a larger national bank, going with Lou at Embrace was so refreshing and he made the process personable, swift and so much less stressful.
