Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley - Cedar Crest S Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown

Needed a form notarized. Another credit union would not do it because it was not bank related. Called Embassy ad they offered that service. No problems. It was for my 82 year old sister. She will be having a knee replacement surgery in a week so having this taken care of was fantastic. Beth Haley was the person who helped us.

The new way to bank, in my opinion. Their attentive banker Jenn came through so nicely and gently for a tricky situation I had with a real estate trust company I won't name. Walking in, you know you are in for a different banking experience altogether. The kindness and willingness to help is making me switch banks to Embassy even though I was walking in with intentions for one transaction only. Thank you for upholding local values to financial services. You guys are very customer-oriented, not shareholder-focused. Thanks a bunch again, I look forward to years of business together :)
