    This was my first time visiting this location. I didn’t have any issues whatsoever and was able to complete my transaction seamlessly. Key things to note; this location is located in a very busy area (be careful) with limited parking (have patience) and the majority of the tellers are virtual.

    They delay deposits u put in and don't tell you. None of the change counting machines work properly and often keep your change inside the machine uncounted as it ends up in the secret garbage bin inside.employees know this and have a account they keep everyone's change in. I've banked here for 8yr and il never ever be coming back. They act professional as a front but on the inside its a huge mess and they are extremely disorganized. Ever notice how employees and managers never stay with the bank location u go to? Because either they get fired or no one wants to work here so they quit. Dont trust them with your life savings and go somewhere else. This place needs to be audited!!

    The tellers can only help you if you have an account there. I’ve never had that kind of experience at any other financial institution. Edit for their response: I wanted to a break a $20 bill, a very basic transaction that most any businesses can handle, but because you have switched to "Interactive Tellers" (No tellers are actually there) the teller on the phone said that I can't do anything without an account number. I understand you don't HAVE to do break a $20 bill, but it's assumed in society that places that handle money can do that for you no problem. I want people that look up this place on google maps thinking they can do normal bank operations without an account to know that they shouldn't wait in line like I did.

    I had a wonderfully, pleasant experience opening my accounts today!!! I’m soooooooo excited about the “Savers Sweepstakes” 😍😍😍 It’s a great way to force yourself to save >AND< possibly win CASH prizes!!!     I have been baking at Educators Credit Union for years and it is by far the best bank I have ever had in fact I've had an account at most all of the banks in the Milwaukee area and they are the best by far.

    I honestly feel as though I was discriminated against by India Debe at this location. I opened a business account over a month ago, and was apparently eligible for a 5K credit card “automatically “. However, during the 45 minutes or so it took to set up my account India not one time mentioned anything about the 5K credit. She waited until “after” she gave me my debit card and I signed all the paperwork. Once my account was complete and we were on our way down stairs is when she told me about the 5K. Not only did she tell me at the last moment, but she also intentionally neglected to tell me that the offer was off the table unless i excepted it at that moment. My business was not completely up and running, so I figured I’d just come back when I got closer to opening. When I did that I was told it was off the table because I didn’t expect the initial offer. Had I’d been given all the information at the time of opening my account I would’ve excepted the 5K. India obviously neglected to mention this to me because she was discriminating against me. I’ve reached out to her by email and asked her to explain why she only mentioned the 5K when we were done with the paperwork, and she danced around the question and refuses to answer me. I believe her actions were prejudice and intentional. I would not recommend this credit union to any black person looking to be treated fairly. I should have be given all the relevant information the same way as any other customer. As a society I thought we better than this. I can not do business with a company that has employees like India

    My first time at this location. It was weird. I do not like these teller machines. The two people that were in the flesh were nice but they just either directed folks to the machines or upstairs depending on what the customers need at the time. I would have rated this location lower if not for the nice people who were there. I'm just bracing myself for the day when I go to the bank and there is no people at all just machines. What a shame.

    Updating my review to reflect an improved website and overall service experience. ECU is making big gains with their technology and workforce. I have 2 auto loans with them and look forward to working with them on our mortgage UPDATING AGAIN recognizing exceptional service and really good technology upgrades. Loan app is fantastic

    Can’t believe they’re fine losing a customer over a $25 fee - the branch is pretty inconvenient (you can’t make any appointments and just have to wait around. Doesn’t seem to take members into account, who the heck wants to wait for 2 hours? I did, it was pretty terrible and a waste of time). Watch out! Unlike EVERY OTHER bank/credit card/etc I’ve ever used or ever seen, they wont alert you if a payment is due. They’re more than happy to send a $25 late fee, and then not offer to refund it though it was my first time being late (I literally paid 5 minutes after receiving the notification). Going to have to go in and close all my accounts. More convenient business checking elsewhere and I can get a credit card literally a million other places. Take your business elsewhere.
