This is our second experience working with EDCO. This loan refinance closing went smoothly and quickly just like our home purchase closing. All of the EDCO personnel we interacted with were very cordial and professional.

Super helpful team there. No fault of there's but as true professionals they took care of making the best out of possible situation. Shawn N was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Explained every document in simple terms as to make what could have been a stressful situation, easy. Highly recommend this team for your home closing needs.

Those people of that place are very professional and helpful!!! I loved the experience with my closing!!!! Only thing happened in my closing is the bad communications with the lender !! But order things are very good services !!! I really recommend it!!!!

Edco are such a great team to work with! I have dealt with Edco over and over again on many Sale and Buying transactions including the purchase of my own home. Shawn, Chelsea, Cydia, with whom I work with the most, are consistently, helpful, friendly, quick to respond, communicative, proactive and ready and willing to do what is needed to get a deal closed efficiently and successfully. They go above and beyond! And any time I have worked with another staff member, they are always awesome to do business with! I would not recommend Edco Title & Closing and warn people not to use them. I had a simple transaction that was stretched out over several weeks. The personnel did not do any follow up or status updates. There were 14 calls and I personally sent ten emails made regarding my transaction, not one contact was ever initiated by Edco Title. I had to call numerous time to get information and had to ask did they need additional documentation because it was never requested. My sister had just died and I was doing my best to ensure that her children's business was taken care of. The level of follow up I had to complete was exhausting. I am a realtor and have completed many complex transactions in less time and effort.

My wife and I used EDCO Title for the purchase of our first home. They were communicative and helpful throughout the whole process and made sure that the closing day went smoothly despite a slight last minute delay by our lender.

I used them twice in one month. Had a few hiccups but they know their business.
