Just awful banking. Our debit cards do not work half the time and any auto payments we have set up can not get their money for whatever reason. Do not bank here

I have had HANDS DOWN the BEST experience working with Barb to set up a new checking account for my new business! After many hours looking at different options with bigger banks and their fees, I felt like this was going to be more than I could do right now. However, Barb was able to answer my questions before I even asked them. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and so incredibly helpful! I can't give her enough praises. If you are looking to open a business checking account, I would recommend her every single time!

Maybe onbdays you are going to be cl9sed you should make sure google and your web sight are up to date. Went to get a new debit card becouse mine expired and never recieved a new one low and behold google and the websight say we are open but when i get there nothing.

I had a very good experience with Eaton Federal. Each of my mother and father banks with Eaton Federal. After my father passed, everyone has been so very helpful! I have no complaints at all. I would suggest to the other "negative" posters that if you prefer a large impersonal bank, go ahead. For me, regarding my father, a so-called smaller bank is preferable. The same for my own personal accounts in and near a huge metropolitan area similar to your Detroit. I go with a small bank. They know my name. They help me in whatever comes up and in which I find myself needing help. So, back to your bank, YEA! for Eaton Federal Savings Bank.
