DO NOT USE THEIR ATM if you're banking with another institution!!!. Even though they're offering the service if anything goes wrong they will not helped you at all!!! My husband withdraw cash on Sunday and the machine swallow it back up. After that it was jammed and nobody could use it. The bank refused to give his money back to him! They said the other banking institution needed to initiate the complaint. We explained that it was a bank in the Philippines that there was 13 hours difference so it was impossible for them to call them, and that a lot of staff didn't speak English...THEY DID NOT CARE. Worse, they admitted that they were able to count the machine to verify our claim that the money was swallowed back but that they would not initiate that action! So pretty much unless you have months to waste hoping to get your money back if something goes wrong do not use their ATM to withdraw money from another account. They offer the service but they're not willing to back it up when their machine goes wrong. This is highly unethical!

I tried to cash a check here and I have a account with Eastman. I got to the bank at 5:28 and the teller locked the door on me andtold me I need to learn to be on time.

The tellers are friendly, but get one day behind on your car payment and there threatening to repossess your car when they screwed up and put your drafted payment on the wrong day... And to the woman who works in the fraud department, she is about as rude as they come.. Shes an excuse for an employee.....They seem friendly, but there wolves in sheep clothing.. Very big disappointment as i have been with them for many years...

Wonderfull, all staff are nice and kind, they really care about you and your problems,documents and more, kid friendly too!😊
