Really like this bank. Haven’t had any issues, they’re very helpful over the phone. Kind of annoying I have to go into the bank to deposit checks though, all of their machines say it’s not available & it says mobile deposit isn’t an option. Going to try to call them & find out if I can activate mobile banking, it’s hard to get to the bank when we work the same hours they’re open. Sharamie helped us with our car loan & it was so quick & easy, I was shocked. She also is very helpful in answering my questions about a home loan, as we prepare to try to apply for one in the coming year.

From day one this bank has been the go to for everything. Started with a simple question and we now have 5 accounts with them. I applied for a small loan recently. My loan officer was Brook. She was very pleasant and patient with me. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and went out of her way to make it a simple and fast process. Brook is amazing.

Had to call multiple times just to get the loan officer to do her job it took me days to get my loan and they never call back like they say they will. Good luck getting a loan through them they seem to be so lazy they need 3 hr lunches and they all take them at the same time.

EUCCU has been my credit union since 1997. They have been amazing! All the people there have always been incredibly helpful and friendly! I recently got an automobile loan from them. It was the easiest loan I have ever done. I gave Jordan the information that he needed and he figured out the whole loan for me. He was able to get my payments into a range I could afford. I was even able to sign my documents online since I wasn’t in town when the loan was finished. Jordan set my payments to automatically come out half on the 10th and the second half on the 25th according to how I get paid so I don’t even have to worry about making the payment myself. I can see the whole loan online and track my balance. Thank you EUCCU and Jordan for making everything so easy!

I was looking forward to having a loan with them. I worked with an amazing individual and was set up flawlessly. It was a great experience. Months later, needing more help, I found out the person who built my trust and respect no longer worked there. That’s where everything started to deteriorate. Support was lacking experience and knowledge. They rarely offered to set me up for success. (I mentioned wanting a debit card through them and the agent didn’t even bat an eyelash and help set me up with one) I finished the loan and paid it off early, no communication from them and I remembered that I had to have a deposit or a hold on my savings for them. Just got off the phone with them, my account was “closed” and they are blaming some other bank even though they don’t seem to have the nerve to let me know what happened. No letter, no call. Just allowed my hold to be stripped due to a “fee” Now, having the decency to call, finding my account was closed for months, without my knowledge or approval, I’m disappointed how they treat concerns and addressing things. Thanks for drying up some of me financially and some of Carbon county. EDIT: I moved it to a one star rating after watching EUCCU call and email me and still not do anything about the scenario. I tried to get a conversation going with Rene’ and her fake email saying “Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns you may have” was met with dropping off and not responding.

We use to really like this credit union. As years go by the CS is declining. 3 weeks ago, we ordered a new card for my husband because his chip is no longer working. We are in Michigan, my husband is working here. We have been using my card to access money. Anyhow, requested card to be sent here in Michigan, they wouldn't do it, ok. So we have been expecting it to be mailed to our mailing address and have my mother in law send it here to Michigan with our other mail. Recieved package today, no card. I call bank and ask what is going on and they say oh it will be mailed out tomorrow. So I'm angry because, I'm leaving for California on Friday and will be gone for 2 weeks. So my husband will not have access to our account. This is ridiculous. Suggestion- a phone call, email or some kind of notification that you guys don't have it together enough and there is a delay in us receiving a card to access our account. Furthermore I find it odd that I call today and all of a sudden it will be mailed out tomorrow. Seems very off to me. Sounds more like someone isn't doing their job!!!!

It is our priority to make sure our members have a quality debit cards as quickly as possible. That being said, we discovered our most recent stock of Visa EMV debit cards did not meet quality standards, and we found it necessary to order new Visa debit card stock before any more cards were issued. To our further dismay, production of the new cards took far longer than anticipated. We understand that as a loyal member, when you order a debit card, you expect to receive a quality card in a timely manner. We know that we have let you down, and for that we apologize. Please remember that chipped EMV cards have not been fully implemented in the U.S. and that your husband’s card will continue to function in the majority of cases with the magnetic strip. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to give us a call.
