I recently used East Coast Mortgage to refinance my home- I initially spoke with John who was honest, transparent and a pleasure to work with. I actually ended a process I’d started through loan depot because of John’s integrity and candor. The rate difference was under $10, but the honesty swayed me- especially in these times of rising interest rates, economic uncertainty and some questionable ethics by businesses who will say whatever it takes to get your business. John and Brian were different in a very positive way. They both promptly returned calls, did whatever it took at any hour to fulfill a commitment.
