We used her service several months ago, and initially thought she was good based on these reviews. But the truth was that her service was absolutely not good. She was completely impatient to explain the concerns we encountered during the loan process. The most answers we got were "check by yourself". She could not clearly explain the discharge/credit by the bank at the closing either, and did not have impatience to explain it. The rate was totally not competitive. Because of the time issue, we otherwise would switch to other brokers. She was also arrogant, and always said "you can choose another broker, not me" once we were eager to get some explanations from her. Again, if the time allowed, we definitely chose other brokers.

I just closed a deal and Lili was my mortgage broker. She is very professional and responsive. Lili would stand on my shoes to think and help me to get the best rate. My overall experience with Lili has been great! I would recommend her!
