Save yourself the waste of time and money. They charged almost $300 to file my taxes that could have been done online myself for free. I chose to go with them because they sold me on the fact that they have an agreement with "their own bank" to basically guarantee acceptance of the advance of my refund. I have no problem with paying for the filing or for paying for the advance on my refund, it's a service and I expected to pay for that service. My issue is that they sold me on the fact that I would get an advance on my refund the same day and now they "can't" tell me why they "can't" process my advance. I guess the saying is true... if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and money and file yourself or go to a reputable tax service.

These rip offs Charged me $600 dollars to file my taxes with only 1w-2. When i was in the office i was told about $250. Which is expensive but i went through with it because i needed the advance. Which i didn't approved for anyway. Do yourself a favor and file yourself.
