My first impression is not good. The person I spoke to obviously was working from home and had the TV on so loud it distracted from the conversation. I tried to set a checking account number on the website to schedule a payment. The person I spoke to had no idea how their website worked. I just made a payment early on the website. I feel fortunate I got a receipt. I also found out that this company doesn't even process same day payments. So you will get an email receipt, a duplicate text receipt, and may not even see the funds leave your account for days.I have never worked with a finance company that isn't interested in getting their money. I am scared to work with this company because my good credit standing could be in jeopardy. Stay far, far away. I am going to refinance as soon as possible.

I’ve previously financed my vehicle with Driveway. This same vehicle has been paid off since March 7th, 2022 and it is now May going in to June. Its been 2-3 months since I have been waiting for my credit check. I’ve been told numerous times that it takes 4-6 weeks for the loan to fully close out. I call in once a week and now I’m told it takes 8-10 weeks. I am constantly told that the billing department has tons of checks to cut and are behind. It’s understandable but I don’t see how that’s my fault? I email them for check ups and I’ve barely gotten one reply back since March. It’s bad enough I was told I’d get reimbursed for a payment I made then not get anything back, now I have to wait a year for a credit check? This is beyond frustrating.

No covid help has been offered through entire pandemic. Does not care about customers at all, and no matter what you say to them their response will simply be, "So, when can you make your payment?".

Starting July 1, Driveway Finance won’t be taking payments by debit/credit cards anymore. It’s 2022, this is an absolute embarrassing and overall odd move to make. They don’t value their customers or care about them. They’re a company who will inconvenience you and do anything to get their hands on every single penny they can. I’m refinancing my vehicle ASAP through a better (not that it’ll take much) company. Get it together. These low star reviews are here for a reason.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past hour and a half. The line is either busy or when I actually get through, I am hung up on. Finally got through and have been on hold for 30+ minutes now. Paid my vehicle off and just trying to request a title. What a nightmare. Finance with a different company.

I've used this bank for 2 of my Vehicles by far my go to bank. Easy access to make payments never had an issue with them. Never needed to call and get in contact with customer service so I would say that's a plus. :)

To start, I saw a photo of a really nice looking truck. A 2005 Dodge Dakota, 118,000 miles. It looked great. I contacted them about it. Well, we did the paperwork, I was approved. I was excited. After the paperwork was signed, Jacob Gorzelski sent me pictures of a rusty truck. It was the one I purchased. Well, they say they deliver it to you, NOT !! I had to go pick it up!! I saw the rust, thought, ok, should be able to get it fixed. We'll, had to wait 3 days for them to get my 30 day tags. Then I started noticing major issues. The windshield leaked. They did reimburse me for that. BUT, it leaked because rust under windshield, which I told them. Then, Transmission leak. They said take to garage, the whole underneath is VERY MUCH RUSTED ! Both back brakes systems are gone, totally needs replaced, even the drums. The hoses to Transmission leaks, plus the core needs replaced, it's is rusted, it's leaking. I live in Pa. This truck Will Not pass Pa's inspection. Which since May 29th, Now, June 23rd, it doesn't matter. My 30 day tag expired and Driveway hasn't done anything right to help me . I haven't been able to drive it since May 29. All they do is Pass the buck. At one point, they were going to give me my down payment And my trade in back, then someone else said no. Then someone else said let me see what I can do. Then one says your time is up, you're stuck with the truck. They don't know what ILLEGAL or WONT PASS INSPECTION in Pa means !!! I WOULDN'T Recommend Driveway to anyone!!!!!. They are a Ridiculously Incompetent Unprofessional and Who Who Cares company !!!! Buy from Caravanna RUSTED,

Starting July 1, 2022 they will no longer accept debit/credit card transactions. This is obviously a tactic to get their customers bank information AND/OR get more money in late fees when the convenience of automatic payments are taken away. GREEDY and WRONG!

Everything was fine until we tried to refinance the car. Found out they never sent in the title to the DMV or even paid the fees. They call after every email instead of responding. We purchased a car Jan 2021 and just now after we are trying to refinance they are saying the DMV “returned” the title and they resent the title on Nov 10 21. We started the refinance process on Nov 6th. 🤔 Now on the same day DMV issued a letter saying our registration isn’t complete and the fees are due. So yes I am beyond livid because we can’t refinance until this is resolved and we may lose the offer on the new loan and the bank will need to run credit again. Ridiculous!!! This is some bootleg finance company. Giving them up to Tuesday to resolve before I go to the BBB.
