I have been employed with Driggs Title since March of 2019 and it has been a great company that is innovative and nimble in its practices. I have really enjoyed being here.

Sheree Edwards completed our escrow flawlessly and seamlessly and on time. Sheree pivots to the positive with every challenge presented to her. There were numerous repetitive challenges from my lender and their staff who appeared to be bombastic neophytes who were funding their first loan.

The team at Driggs Title Agency are nothing short of amazing! They are super professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! Laura Cole is one that exemplifies true compassion and professionalism. They didn’t disclose all the fees upfront and we ended up getting a couple thousand less than we originally thought because of their lack of communication. The woman we signed with took us to this tiny room with our 2 year old (because we didn’t have a baby sitter and both my wife and I had to sign) and took her mask down during a pandemic which was highly unprofessional and made us really uncomfortable. This place sucks IMO.

BEWARE! DRIGGS TITLE SUBMITTED FRAUDULENT AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT TO MY BANK WITH MY SIGNATURE FORGED. On 2/12/2020 Lorene Sines (Senior Escrow Agent at Driggs Las Vegas) faxed a request for information to Wells Fargo Bank regarding a mortgage that I am the only signor/borrower. I have lived in Tampa, FL for the past 2 years and NEVER met Lorene Sines or anyone else at Driggs Title, nor did I authorize them to do anything on my behalf. Lorene denied sending these documents numerous time on phone calls when i was originally going to post a review and seek out assistance from the NV Attorney General and FBI in regards to Identity theft, etc. I just received a full report from Wells Fargo with all documents sent to them, which irrefutably proves that Lorene Sines did fax a FRAUDULENT request with my signature Forged to Wells Fargo on 2/12-2020. Find faxed documents sent to me from Wells Fargo attached. If this is acceptable behavior for this title company, how can you trust in them with sensitive information?
