I feel very sorry. The person do my bill payment very bad. I complain why you charge over my money? I feel they don’t care about that. And about my paidment they don’t show up in the balance! I really want to know in your company who can take care it? If someone did that way to steal money from customer. It’s really bad!

Unfortunately BMO Harris has outsourced the servicing of some loans to this joke of a company. I have never dealt with worse customer service and deceitful practices. We had 15 years of problem free service from BMO Harris, until these crooks took over. Please avoid them at all costs. The reviews say it all. Stay away.

No. No. No. I was really satisfied with Movement Mortgage who sold my loan to this outfit. I have been so frustrated and angry. They are holding 1000's of $ in the escrow account after my taxes were reduced based on "Save our Homes" law in FL. If you tell them that you are going to record the phone conversation that they are recording, they tell you that they will hang up, and will not permit the conversation to be recorded on the customer end. If you tell them that you don't want them to record it, they say that they have to hang up. They tell me that it's in the mail, but then say there was some IT problem and maybe it didn't get sent. If you send them a letter, they will have no record of receiving it. You need to use registered mail with signature confirmation, or they won't get it. This is really really bad. I once got a response that said "We will respond to your inquiry within the time period required by law." This is really really bad.

Are over charging me $150.00 a month on my escrow payment. Sent them in the documentation to change it. The admit receiving the documentation but decided to not adjust my payment amount. Essentially saying that they are going to continue to over charge me until my review period in February. Told them that I'll make the change for them, at which point they said they would charge me late fees and I would be in non-compliance. Worst mortgage company out there.

Mortgage was sold to this company well over a month ago. Still have not received a payment coupon statement. Called today and waited on hold for almost 45 minutes which is unacceptable. When I did speak to a customer service rep, he told me that the payment statements are not sent out until after the grade period (which is the 15th of the month). However, today is the 22nd, and I still haven't received the payment statement. Asked if there was another number to call so that you did not have to wait on hold for 45 minutes, but he said there was only the one number to call.

This is the only mortgage company that does not allow bi-monthly payments. It's so much easier to ease the pressure of making such a large payment. Then you call customer service and they are clueless, rude or vague with answers. I can't wait to refinance and rid them from my life. It's also brutal to login to their site. For some reason, I can't seem to find it each month.

This place is awful. I had to do a mortgage forbearance due to the hurricane... long story short I couldn’t get anyone to go over the detailed breakdown of the final loan modification.. so I feel like I got sent to the cleaners.. they drug their feet for 4 months putting the final loan modification together, then give me like a week to sign it lol! Meanwhile they tell me I do not have to pay until the documents are finalized, then report me to the credit bureau for non payment!! I have over 800 credit score and have never missed a payment on anything..ever.. I read all the reviews and was like ‘they don’t seem that bad to me’ fast forward a few months... I couldn’t have been more wrong

My NEW mortgage was transferred to Dovemuehle on 08/22/2018. I was notified with a one page letter from Fairview Escrow, not from the new mortgage company, Dovenmuehle. I contacted Fairview, concerned about this month's payment, as I had no billing service to issue payment to. Also, when I checked Dovenmuehle's profile of my account online, they property address was the wrong street, in the wrong state! Very alarmed that I was being scammed, I contacted Fairview. They assured me that Dovemuehle was a legitimate mortgage company, and that this company was having problems with it's online system. Not reassuring at all. Without any other reference, I copied the transfer letter, and sent it along with this month's payment to the remittance address on the letter. Only today, TODAY, I received a new billing packet from Dovenmuehle. Of course, they state I'll owe a late fee if the bill isn't paid today! This is starting to feel just like the Countrywide hell I went though in 2005.

I bought a home with another service member in 2012. The other service member deployed and I received a benefit called KYHC to cover the mortgage when I separated the Navy. I was in contact with USAA every week and making sure everything was okay but one of the months KYHC had a hiccup and became a month behind. Both Andrew and myself tried to make a payment online but were unable too. When we called we were advised by KYHC and the hardest hit fund that making a payment may mess up the benefit. We let the benefit run its coarse and never received a negative credit hit and maintained contact with USAA. Once the account was brought current and program ran its course randomly on the credit report it was retroinputted that we have been late for almost the whole year. We appealed this through dovenmauhle and were given a really hard time. After the long fight that was cleared off our credit report. All was fine about a year. I left the navy and joined the national guard. I had to training BCT this summer and left on orders notifying usaa. The army didn't pay me due to an account error on there part and I didn't receive a payment from may-July and was paid all in full in Aug. When this happen I had no phone or internet contact and had no clue it happened everything on the mortgage was set up automatically and so my account didn't haven enough to debit it in July. So the other service member called on the account immediately and told them I was gone and haven't been paid. USAA said no big deal and said they would waive the late fee and wont be a problem. In sept I saw dovenmuehle again reported late and that when the mortgage was paid it was indeed a late fee as well. So I called dovenmuehle (like 15 times and waited 45 minutes to get hung up on each time) sent my orders and complained that It shouldn't of been a negative report and needs to be fixed per the SCRA. They sent a reply and hung up on me many times. The reply was they reported "accurately and consistently'. I complained further saying that it doesn't matter what they report i was protected under SCRA and that my pay stopped due to a logistic error armys part. I had proof of all the back pay and orders. Following month it was fixed but then all the old reporting came back... lol that was cleared like 2 years ago. I like don't know where to go now this is never ending. How can USAA give my business to a company that has zero respect for military and zero understanding for deployments or being on active duty in training environments. On top of all this USAA and dovenmuehle must have zero communication or dovenmuehle just doesn't care. This is unreal and causing serious hardship. By the way if reported "accurately and consistently" then why all of the sudden the current change?

If I could give this company a negative star rating--I would. This is a completely incompetent, third-rate company. I have called once a week for 8 weeks now regarding setup of auto payments and heard a different story every time. The issue is still unresolved. And let me guess...it probably will stay that way. Very scary when I am stuck with this company servicing my mortgage loan. I don't trust them to do anything. The Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this company from me.
