As a First time buyer, it can get very stressful at times everything is new stuff that first time buyers don’t understand . Slow pre-qualification. They treat this process like the full loan process. We lost the ability to even place an offer without a pre-qualification. Their website states they can do this within one work day...wrong! When we followed up, they stated they were short staffed, too much work and so many other people these days, without proper documents. None of this applied to us. They are unprofessional. BTW, we were fully qualified in both credit scores, employment, income and still they took days. After 4 days, still don't have the letter. Moving on.

Can't thank Bob & Linda enough @ "Dove Financial" for all of their hard work to help me fund my loan. They were there evey step of the way with e-mails & calls staying in touch.
