Although I did not personally visit a branch office, all correspondence was done on line or over the phone. Excellent service. Professional individuals and determined to accomplish all tasks on line for the convenience of members. Thank you, Dort Financial Credit Union.

This branch gave us the worst customer service. My husband is POA of his mothers finances. There is a copy on file. He has done multiple transactions at the Davison office. We needed a copy of the June statements and first they said we needed the hard copy. Then they said they couldn’t read the signature. They were rude and unyielding. As soon as we can we will be closing ALL accounts there and never recommend this financial institution.

Does this place know the definition of customer service?? Sheesh, Tuesday afternoon, so shouldn't be the busiest time for ANY bank or CU, but here I am, waiting for 25 minutes on hold, and counting, for someone to let me know what time the drive thru tellers hours are!!! Don't tell me about nobody will work, or covid, or fill in the blank. It was this way several years. BEFORE Covid. I've already heard the recording 4 or 5 times that "someone will be right with me!!!" Yeah, OK....... Wouldn't bother me if they go broke. VERY POOR management!!!!

Really use to love this credit union. But my last loan experience with this male loan officer was not very smooth at all. Ultimately everything went through but it was not a very easy process with this guy.

This has nothing to do with any branch ,I love the people at my branch in Lapeer they are awesome,ALL of them, what is IRRITATING ME , is waiting on hold for 25-30 every Time I cal in,l if your having trouble finding people to answer a phone how bout you let each branch take care of their own customers needs so we don't have to spend hours of time waiting on the phone. Again I'll have to call back another day after 15 mins on hold.

Amber made it very easy to apply for our car loan and is an excellent representative of Dort Financial Crdit union in Lapeer. We are now members of the credit union and our car loan was the lowest rate we found.

This branch has always been extremely helpful and prompt. Highly recommended!!

I have banked here for years but my experience has deteriorated the past few. My local branch eliminated in person tellers, they are now all located at another branch and on a screen. They charge to deposit change into an account no matter how small the amount is. I’ve waited in long lines for the drive thru and the computerized teller stations so a quick trip to the bank is a thing of the past. I’m currently sitting in the Lapeer branch waiting for them to fix a deposit the remote teller messed up, I’ve been here an hour and watched 3 customers storm out angry, the current manager isn’t processing personal transactions at the counter and they want a personal experience not one through a computer with a remote teller. It’s an unfortunate thing that we have lost the personal experience at our local credit union but my experience today has shown me that I’m not the only unhappy customer.

Worse ever. Hard to work with. Would not recommend. 👎👎👎. Threaten to repo truck. Not due to non payment but due to in late husbands name. Passed unexpected. 2/3 of loan already paid. 🙄🙁👎👎
