My experience with Don Dinero Financial has been excellent, their customer service didn't only make me feel like I could trust their agreement, but they explained to me the process with the up most and honest professionalism and with reliable information. thanks don dinero for treating your customers as people and not just as loan customers but most importantly for coming through with the initial agreement and meeting my customer expectations.

Great customer service, even though I did not get their loan, the staff was super helpful in guiding me on the loan process. I will definitely go back to get the loan , once I'm prepared with docs needed. Really recommend it, very honest and helpful.

Graciela and my husband made a PERSONAL agreement which resulted in Graciela committing loan fraud. So when I would go into Don Dinero on Coors Blvd SW and make payments Graciela did not post the payments toward the loan. She instead put the money aside and later gave that money (on the down low) to my husband. When I confronted her all she could say is that she was doing what he wanted since it was his loan. I'm sure this would be considered fraud and will be investigating which authority needs to get involved in such corrupt behavior.

Worst customer service on the planet. Never get anything from this specific franchise owner. They're shady, they lie, and they refuse to accept payments so they can steal your car. Don't waste your time.

This is a great place to go for a loan, they have great customer service and answered all the questions I had I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends and family.
