When I walked into this dollar loan center I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest, but I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed right when I stepped foot inside. I was getting help from the loan specialist named Miriam, she was so professional, well mannered, and mature, so much so that I thought she was mf like 27 years old. Turns out she’s 20. I adore my girl Ashley G.! She has been excellent to me ever since her employment started in 2017. She has a wonderful personality. I have been a customer since 2011!

I paid on my current loan with them on friday at about 6pm. Applied for more funds and never got a call like their website claimed I would. Now i am stuck without funds and not able to register my vehicle even though they were supposed to call me and now they are closed. Definitely filing a bbb complaint. Be lucky if you get another payment out of me. I'm disputing all charges.

This place is clean and the staff is courteous, I usually am going next door to HnR block taxes.

Employees can be a little bit unprofessional. They talk to you as if you going to give them a disease. Not too friendly. Whenever I pay off my loan I will not be going back to this particular business.

On my recent visit to this Dollar Loan Center I was going with intentions of getting a loan. I wasn’t able to get approved at the moment because I was missing some documents. But all of the staff members were very nice and informative. I will definitely be coming back again to this location to finalize my loan.
