Dollar Bank W 25th St, Cleveland

Ok its easy the bank is a scam just run as far as you can to avoid them. The ATM is never working and when you have issues you have to call corporate to fix it. US Bank never any issues...

this bank is messed up, 1st they say i have no account, then, they wanna hold my card, for wut? I lost the 1st one, & I can't get a hold of anyone to let them know what is happening; It's like they don't care if I get my card or not, they said 7 - 10 days, but is passed that, like really, going on 16 days. is crazy & ridiculousness.

Twice now I have went into the bank to withdraw money because I misplaced my debit card and had to get a new one, the security guard followed me to the teller and noone else both times two different days and not any other person, I happen to be a black woman I find that to be suspicious and racist he is a white male and I look nothing like a criminal and I had my daughter I am highly upset I have been with that bank for years and never had this problem before I'm very displeased

They tell me they are closing my account for activaty that’s looks like I was doing business with my personal account I said ok no problem they gave me ten days but closed it in two messed me up bad then they send me this letter in the mail I hate that place do not bank there

This is the WORST Dollar Bank Ever! I waited over five minutes to talk about mortgages...but there was only one teller that took forever. I'm NEVER going to this branch again!
