    I literally called this place 2 times this week and was told 1 thing then when me and my husband drive here the saleaman Rick lies and tells us something totally different . The down payment was much more then he said on the phone before we came and so was the financing process. They CLAIM no credit check but when we got there is was opposite. Really disappointed since we had the money to buy the car TODAY. they missed a sale for sure ! Would NOT recommend this place!

From looking at our records you and your husband called about several cars looks like there was some confusion on the down payments since you both inquired on different cars and different down payments and options. We tried to accommodate you also offered our layaway program. Credit scores make no difference here. Your confusing checking credit with verifying your identity. We verify your references , bills, pay stubs , job letter etc, you have to have a valid Texas License or Texas ID here. We didn't miss a sell you have to have these items to purchase a car here. Sorry again for the confusion and we appreciate you stopping by.

    Bought a 2015 Dodge Charger Rallye. At time of paper work Steve just mentioned it is a "salvage title" due to an accident. FALSE !! The vehicle i chose had been flooded and failed to disclose the information. I did a carfax report after the fact. Within one week, my steering wheel started to tighten up. Took it to get maintenance work done. Same day i got it back, on Empty that is, my gas started to run straight out from the gas pump. Took my car right back. About a week later, the car started having mechanical issues, such as the power seats would not move forward or backwards. And now today, my car wouldn't go passed 40 mph!! Couldn't even get on the freeway! All these problems within 1 month!!!!!!! I will be taking this car back to Shawn first thing tmrw morning !

We do sell reconditioned titled vehicles, but we give a 6 month warranty on these so if this did happen at our dealership we would have taken care of it right away.     Rick Flores tried to scam and pressure me into a sale because he knew I was desperately in need of a car. I visited the car twice before purchasing and he raved about how good of a car it was. It took 2 weeks to get me the car and I received it later than what I was told I was going to receive it because he loaned it out to someone and they had not returned it. I told Rick before I purchase the car, I was going to have it inspected by a mechanic, and he says that's totally fine and its a great car so he has no problem with that. I was buying the car cash, for about 1000 under the blue book value (which should have been the first red flag.) Bcause the car arrived later than he promised and he had loaned it out for a couple weeks he explained he would fix any repairs that would need to be fixed. However, after I had driven ALL the way across town and showed up to purchase the car, he says, "just to let you know I got an oil change for you but the check engine light is on and I'm not coming down on the price and I'm not going to fix any repairs that may be needed so it's an as is sale." (Red flag #2) and it was actually the check engine AND the oil light that was on. So after taking it to a mechanic we were told that the car was in terrible condition and that he wouldn't recommend we buy it. After telling him we weren't going to purchase it, he just said "ok" and continued with his work. He didn't even try to make a deal on a different car because he knew the car was in bad condition and he was just trying to be deceitful and make a sale. -in reference to the company's response, I never said that Rick was pressuring me by saying "ok" I said that when we discovered that the car was in terrible condition and I let him know I would not be purchasing the car, his sole response "OK" and not trying to make amends or try offering a different vehicle, was an indication that he did not did not care about business, or customer satisfaction, and that he was aware that the vehicle he tried to sell me was a lemon. I didn't explain how he pressured me, but I will now. I was pressured by the fact that I was originally interested in another vehicle, and he repeatedly offered me a different sale from the car I was interested in. After multiple attempts of trying to push a different car on me, when I explained I wasn't interested, he let me know that the car I was interested in was no longer for sale "all of the sudden." So then when I consider this new vehicle he was so forcefully trying to push on to me, he began to explain that I needed to "buy it fast because he is going to sell it by said day and the only reason he was holding it was because I had a bigger deposit but regardless of if I buy it, it's going to sell because he has other people interested." AND GET THIS! THE CAR IS STILL ON THE LOT! THIS INCIDENT WAS IN MARCH!! 2008 HYUNDAI SONATA! With that being said, the pressure I was referring to was with regard to Ricks many attempts to sell me a different car than the one I was interested in, as well as trying to push me to buy a car under a time frame that was more convenient for him than it was for me. Clearly from the managements response to customer complaints that you can clearly see during these reviews, the management seems to make excuses for their employees behavior and bad customer service. Seems to me that the lack of quality care trickles from the top down. PROBLEM #1.

We have a few cash cars we sell from time to time from $1000 to $4000 some are trade ins some are previous loaner vehicles. These vehicles are fixer uppers are are priced to sell As/Is . Some may need a new tire to a new paint job or the interior has to much wear and tear for us to sell on the lot but all around these cars run and drive good.Thats why we use them as loaner vehicles when we have them available. So maybe you took it the wrong way when Rick said "OK"". We don't see how Rick saying OK pressured you . And in any case we apologize for the mis confusion on our policy and welcome your business here in the future if you are in need of a car. Thanks

    I can't even think of the perfect words to say about this dealership. Talk about stress and worry free. If you need a car, they will definitely go out of their way just to make sure you leave happy with what you want. Well I stopped by during my LUNCH HOUR, thinking I was just going for a conversation of how I can get into a car of theirs. Steve is the one that helped me and he was on top of all my wishes. I never heard a No from him. I went back to work with a new car. Left there with what I wanted and Im so happy. This will be my second vehicle I purchase from them, my first vehicle I had for 6 yrs and she was a very good car to me, no problems unless it was caused by me. But it was ageing and it was time for an upgrade. Steve, I LOVE my car. I wanna drive just to my mail box. LOL!! Thank you!!

    Helped a friend get a car in my name from this place. Nice car. Everything worked fine but now I have a repo being too nice . Thought about getting a car from here myself but after reading the bad reviews I don't know if I should anymore. Tried to inquire about a vehicle purchase but no one responded so I guess y'all don't care.

    I bought a car there a little over a year ago and another back in 2010 , my experience with this dealership have been excellent. At times I have been late , but never 30 days or more . I have never received a rude call about my late payments just open communication.

    If i could give them more then 5 stars i would. Rick Flores went above and beyond expectations. He did everything in his power to make me comfortable with my choice. Paperwork went quickly and in no time i was riding away with my new car. I would refer any and everyone here. If you all are judging by previous reviews, dont. Go see for yourself. I did and i am so pleased.

    I am looking for a vehicle and even after reading the bad reviews, I decided to stop by and look at the vehicles myself. I was out there for awhile and NOBODY came out to greet me at all. I walked towards the back and the was a lady washing a car and she just looked at us, turned her head, and kept washing. I immediately thought about the bad reviews and decided to take my business elsewhere. These people obviously do not care about customer service or whether they make a sale or not. The shack of a place was an immediate no no for me as well. It just looks very run down and not together. When I spoke to someone on the phone before, they weren't very friendly and even seemed a bit bothered at me asking questions. The guy did tell me that I could put a car on "layaway!" I couldn't believe that he actually told me that I could bring $200 and put my car on layaway. Like what do you tell people? "Yeah, I have a 2015 200 Chrysler, but girl, it's on layaway?" Me being in desperate need almost had me going to this mom and pop place of business and I would only have myself to blame if I would have been ripped off because the reviews are horrible! Thank you for not coming out to greet me today! :)
