12 people in-line inside. I went to left lane drive-thru. Sat for 10 mins without so much as a "We'll be right with you. After 12 mins of sitting there and watching 3 people in the right lane window get served and leave.. I left without service and very very unhappy.

Marianne is the absolute worst loan officer! She is the most bitter, unprofessional loan officer we have ever had! Rude, mean spirited, abnoxious, arrogant and condescending. Can't wait to pull all my accounts from them and change banks!!! Rainbow Federal was way better, when Tom was the loan officer. We have had 9ver 15 loans with them! This woman is costing Dirigo customers that have been with the bank over 25 years!

When you put your check into the ATM and there's no warning that your money won't be available for 4 days..... The manager was rude and snarky over the phone, acting like going the whole weekend without my paycheck is no big deal. Yet they can warn you that they can't print off a receipt? {Unrelated, but relevant thought: Why wouldn't a bank ensure that they have the ability to print off receipts?} Over 30 minutes later, and it still hasn't been rectified. How long does it take to verify a PAYROLL CHECK from a business that's been open since the early 1940s? Shared branching takes 5 minutes in person, yet my own bank cannot seem to do it. LEAVING FOR GOOD! *Edit* After being hung up on multiple times, and an hour later, the lady I was talking to over the phone told me the branch manager was assisting with other members. So apparently an irate member threatening to pull out completely and bad mouthing the company indefinitely isn't a priority. Hahahaha. So done.

The bank itself is good but the females at this particular branch are less than friendly. I had an account about 8 years ago with the branch on Lincoln street and I really liked it. The people were nice and friendly and didn't hesitate to help you with any issues or questions you might have had. When I had an account at the Main street branch just recently, (closed it last week due to the lack of customer service skills -_-) I would get stared at and dirty looks, it felt as if I was bothering them. When I applied for my debit card the woman in charge of activating it "forgot" to do it. I had to return the next day and several times that months to get everything worked out properly. Save yourself the trouble and go to another branch or a completely different bank altogether.

Continually deduct and redeposit charges to my account after they were taken out, so if I use the redeposited monies that shows as unused money I'm then charged a overdraft fee plus the amount that I've OVERDRAFTED. Get serious, this bank needs a major shift in how they manage people money, it's unacceptable

I was not impressed with the poor customer service I received at the loan office. First of all, they never answer the phones, the secretary leaves the desk for long periods of time leaving you waiting an extensive amount of time with no idea what's going on, and the loan officer I worked with was rude and spoke in a very demeaning manner. This was on more than one occasion. This company lacks proper customer service skills and because of this, I decided to go through a different bank for a vehicle loan when I paid of my loan with Rainbow.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life! I work two jobs to keep my head above water financially. My budget is tight, to say the least. I was trying work on my budget, and I had been making smaller payments on the loan to get it paid but I still thought it was past due for August. I called them on Thursday when I got paid. Spoke with a Loan Collections Officer. She told me that I was mistaken, that I had paid my bill completely for August already and that my next bill was not due until September. I told her that I didn't think that was correct, and asked her twice to double check it. She insisted I was all set. Still skeptical when I hung up with her, I called back and spoke with a teller who answered the phone. I asked her simply, how much do I owe on my loan? She also told me, nothing until September's due date. So I took that "extra" money and made a payment on my car loan to get me caught up on that. This morning I get a stressful voicemail while I'm at work, another loan collections officer telling me that I owe my entire payment for August, plus some late fees. I explained what had happened on Friday. I said they assured me it was all set, so someone needed to figure out what was going on. She transferred me back to the loan officer I had spoken with on Friday.I explained my dilemma. She put me on hold, where I waited for seven minutes. She came back and laughing (Laughing!) told me that she was sorry but that she had made a mistake. She stated that she had broken her arm, and that she is not able to use her computer so on Friday she had another girl look up my info that didn't obviously know how to read the screen balance. I said back, "The problem I have with this is that to you, this may seem like a little tiny mistake. But that money is gone now. And this is going to keep me stressed out and on my toes for the next two month, TWO MONTHS, in order for me to get this caught back up again." She retorted with "You know how much your monthly payment is, so even though I told you the wrong info, it should have clicked with you that it was wrong." First of all, laughing. Laughing. Secondly, if you can't do your job properly due to injury, Why are you at your job? And making other people do your work for you that don't know how to do your job? And lastly, blaming me. The customer. For trusting that my loan officer, a collections officer no less, to give me correct information and help when I needed it. Once I am able to get out from under this horrible credit union I will never work with them again. Rude, condescending, irresponsible. When all I'm trying to do is pay my bills to get me on my feet.

And appointment today with the loan officer named Marianne and let me say worst customer experience with her she didn't even introduce herself and it's my first time getting a car wasn't very helpful and was actually pretty rude to me.... she went on explaining things about my credit she told me five times that she wasn't comfortable doing this!!! I understand I have a couple things on my credit from when I was a kid and a school loan but you don't have to be so rude about it I went home and cried after that she made me feel like a complete idiot because certain things she was explaining that I didn't understand and my boyfriend understood because he works at the bank and she says "oh he gets it he must be a mathematician" gee thanks for making me feel like a idiot hahaha worst experience ever!! Then after I got approved at Maine family credit union and she thought my credit wasn't that bad ... so I guess everything worked out the way it should have

I’ve banked here for years. They are a great FCU, good customer service, good rates and have improved their digital footprint, I used to not be able to connect my Paypal account the could not accept the small deposits used when connecting an account to a bank. My debit card through them now is connected to my iPhone and Apple Pay, PayPal, Uber, etc and everything works as it should. Not all FCU’s banking systems work well with the digital life but since Rainbow became Dirigo it all works. I like things local, I like things digital, and I like things to work as they should - that is Dirigo FCU.

You would think customer service would be a high mark when they have their mission statement on their wall. However; seems all the tellers want to do is chit chat while you the customer sits for a half hour waiting to see someone about opening an account. No...oh sorry it's taking so long. Nothing. Just iddle chit chat with co-workers. I will open my account with someone else!.
