Not a pleasant or smooth process. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and stress and find a reputable company to handle your process a lot smoother than the complete and total mess we had to deal with. Incompetent and rude processors, No knowledge of the mortgage industry,and we were lied to through the whole process. Fees changed in the amount of four hundred dollars with no written explanation or phone call. You will find its days before anyone returns your calls. Its highly recommended you pass on this company. We got out from under the process quickly.
