They're just not good people. They're very unprofessional EXCEPT the jewelry department. Like someone said in their review they will low ball you and treat you like dirt just bc you're in a jam and need money. The jewelry store has beautiful jewelry pieces. I've never had problems with anything I got from there but I've also never bought anything under $3000. I don't expect to have a problem spending that kind of money. Although they have some good stuff in there the people including the security guard up front make me not want to ever go back because they're so unprofessional and arrogant!

This place has amazing staff, all around! Zach and Matthew were very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. They were also very personable, it felt like I’ve known them for years while we were conversing. Anytime I’ve brought jewelry in for an appraisal they keep it in view so you know they’re not doing anything shady, and give very fair pricing on anything I’ve brought in to sell. 10/10 best Pawn Shop I’ve ever been to!
