I recently purchased a 2015 Sonata SE from Chris Hoyt at Dicks Hillsboro Hyundai. And to be honest... it was a fantastic experience!! Not only was Chris engaged in fulfilling my needs, he did a phenomenal job walking me through the process of obtaining my first auto loan! Initially, being a first time buyer with no Credit history, i was very apprehensive of what vehicle and interest rates i would be eligible for. Krysta Hanson is amazing. I have never had a great car buying experience, but this experience was easy and painless! Krysta got me the car I wanted and worked hard to get a payment that was affordable. She even offered to have the car delivered at my house! Most everything was done online. Worked with Chris Hoyt, was great at communicating initially, sent everything he asked for, he then let me know the lender I was approved for and the amount I was approved for, and was supposed to call me following day to set up terms of delivery, I text him to see when that would happen to find out that the lender "changed terms and his boss was working on fixing it" well after 3 days of waiting for a reply and not getting one, he ghosted me and never followed up. I just finished a chapter 7 bankruptcy and it already hard enough getting honest answers, but I feel now that he was only looking for a sale, and all the kind words etc. was a just a honeypotting technique. I thoroughly do not reccomend them. Honesty and straightforward responses is all I was looking for, not a bunch if bull.
