    The literal worst bank in the entire area, their app doesn't work right, it left me stranded at the gas station with no gas because it was showing incorrect totals. Don't use this bank if you need to access your money, you'll be walking home. Don't even deserve 1 star.

    in the process of finding a new bank, i went through the drive up twice and everyone else who came after me in different lanes were helped and left before me as i sat there for THIRTY MINUTES both times, the third time the same thing happened and then the lady CASHED MY MONEY INTO SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT thank god i didn’t drive away or else i’d be out a whole paycheck of my own hard working money, if you’re not going to take a banking job seriously stay the f away from my money, seriously set me off the rails!!

    Terrible bank, only open 9 to 5? They don't care about working people, or they would at least be open late one day a week. The app is absolute trash too. Highly recommend finding an alternative.

    Good luck of you lose your debit card on the weekend. There's no customer support after 5pm. Pass this bank and go to the next credit union. Update: their app doesn't work right either so it will show incorrect totals and you'll overdraft your account. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

    I was double charged back in October for a purchase. Tried working it out with the company who admitted that I shouldn’t have been double charged as it was a glitch in their new system.. I still opened a case with DFCU for them to investigate since it’s been almost two months. DFCU didn't find anything wrong…even though the company that double charged me admitted I was charged twice on accident! The amount was for over several hundreds of dollars. This is not a small amount of cash. DFCU I’m not sure who does the investigation, but the fact you guys didn’t find any fault in this yet the company who charged me did admit to it just shows me you guys don’t do a good job at all. You have lost yourself a customer, I will be switching all my bills and direct deposits over to a different bank . 3rd time this has happened to me since I opened an account with them. 2 out of the 3 times DFCU “didn’t find anything wrong” makes me wonder if I should’ve gotten my money back on the others too.

    I've been a member for 50+yrs and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is so nice and do a great job meeting my banking needs. I'm leasing now but have had car loans in past, completely satisfied. Would recommend to anyone looking for a financial institution.

    Every single time I come to this branch, service is soooooo slow!! Omg! I came 2 days in a row with only one person in front of me in drive thru and inside (mind you there was only 1 teller on the line which is a safety hazard) and waited at least 10-15 mins before leaving (without even making my deposit) so I could get to work. Don’t try coming before work or you will end up being late for work. Or on your lunch or you will spend your lunch waiting on ONE member to be waited on. This has happened SEVERAL times. Only at this location smh unacceptable

    I found out that I cannot electronically transfer money into my 8 year old daughter's savings account and have to mail it in or come into the branch. I thought this was the 21st century.
