DFCU Financial Briarwood Cir, Ann Arbor

Had a clearly fraudulent charge on my account from a place that I’ve 0 history of ordering from. Main branch was no help and corporate was no help. Everything is a very long incompetent process here. I thought credit unions were supposed to help but honestly this bank has done nothing to help us. We come to the branch weekly and now all of a sudden when we request payoffs and other personal information we are having to jump through many hoops. I do not recommend banking with dfcu try U M credit union or lake trust but they have lost my business.

Just a terrible entity overall. It’s a little hard to help people with their credit if you won’t let the people that need help join. Just another big bank that only cares about $$$ and not the customer. After reading all the terrible reviews it sounds like I dodged a bullet.

Literally the worst bank I have ever had in my life. I wish I could leave no stars at all.

Moved from Germany to Ann Arbor. Darlene was superfriendly and managed everything for my debit account. Questions via email are always answered quick and helpful. And I had a lot of questions since European and US Bank systems are slightly different. I really can recommend that branch.

1. Don't ever try to get a loan from them. They don't understand a simple pay stub to get you pre approved. It has taken over two weeks to get a pre approval for a home loan when other companies have done it in two days. 2. They have hidden fees they don't tell you about. If you want to try to get a loan with these guys expect to have to spell out everything for them especially if your military. Even though it spells out the pay on the stub they just don't get it.

When I went to deposit my check here, everyone was nice and greeted with a friendly hello.

I received outstanding service when I used their tellers.
