I'm very happy with the service I've gotten over the years from DEXSTA. The staff really does all they can to save you money. I went in looking to pay off one high interest store credit card because I heard they had better rates and they showed me that I could actually consolidate all my cards at one low rate and be debt free in just a few years. The payment was lower than all my cards combined and I got a rate much lower than the 15% - 20% I was paying already. They even showed me how much in interest I'd be saving! I never thought to consolidate but wish I did sooner!

Don't take a loan with this credit union! Rates might be low BUT they don't take electronic payments from other banks or credit unions and they charge you a fee to pay your loan via their website electronically if the money comes from another bank (and they don't tell you this until you are about to finalize your payment online). Had I known this information when I got my new car loan I would have never taken the loan with them. How is it Dexsta that you don't take electronic payments? You tell me you DONOT take any electronic payments from other banking institute only after the loan papers are done. This is no way to get more customers. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: As per your customer service the only way to pay the loan for free electronically is to open a checking account with you, which is not what I wish to do! The pay your loan button on your website charges me $5.00 each time I wish to do an electronic payment from my currently checking account. I have already spent numerous hours on the phone with your customer service people trying to find out how to pay you electronically without a charge. The response was it is not possible!

You can't pay your loan online without a fee. You can't transfer money into your share account online so you can pay your loan. Everything has to be done in person or through the mail. It's 2022. This bank is a real pain don't bother with them. My first payment will be made with a refi check from another bank.

The branch in Wilmington, Delaware @ prices corner is horrible. I went there to open an checking and savings account there. Before I went there I called to see what documents were needed and so forth. Once arriving there a person by the name of Jess was very short with me when I was told that I needed my social security card which the person on the phone gave me options the branch did not. I requested a manager and she was even worse. Her name was Jenn . She told me good luck and I asked her what did she mean by that. . I was never told that this credit union does a hard hit on your credit..why? . I've decided to go else where after all that. Where was the diverse staff at because at that branch I saw none.

After coming to the Prices Corner branch for some time now, I can say that they have some of the best tellers hands down. I've never been more satisfied with any other DEXSTA branch then Prices Corner. Props to their TELLERS for bringing great customer service.

This has been the leinhodler on my car since I bought it. The customer service is awful. If I could go back in time I would have taken a worse interest rate not to deap with them. I moved across the country have fought with them for 2 years to change my address. Then in March they decided to take out CPI insurance on my car even though nothing changed with my insurance policy. So today they call me to say I owe them 400 dollars on insurance I didn't need. And tell me it's my fault they didn't communicate with me when I have been trying to change my address for 2 years. Absolutely the worst.

Received a loan , The young lady who gave me my loan did not follow procedure , the manager ran in the middle of the loan documentation sighing and asked if we could “continue” this at another time due to “training” the loan officer had to be in , I was feeling lost in the whole process , including the fact that now a month later my automatic withdrawal in order to pay my monthly payments has not been set up , When I said over and over and over agin that I would like automatic payments so I can keep on track of my bills (as I do for every single bill I have) So to the unprofessional experience with out my knowledge my first payment could be late ! Someone needs to fix this branch Immediately!! And to not only mention as soon as you walk threw the door the attitude of the co workers are absolutely ignorant INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT ! very unprofessional and highly upsetting to a young man that is building his credit to achieve a house with no late remarks on his credit history due to the Irresponsible act of a loan officer ! F- to this branch highly wouldn’t recommend to anyone .

I've been an FCU member with Dexsta for a few years now, and I've got to say they're the best. In addition to online, I generally utilize the faulk road or middletown locations, and the atmosphere is always pleasant and professional. My experiences with tellers, managers, admins, and customer relation reps have all been good. I know banking is a very personal thing for most of us, and where we do it means a lot. This is a definitely a great place to do it.

Have used this bank for years and they’re mostly organized, however, I ordered a cashier’s check to be issued through my bank and sent out to my LL for rent in early August.. 3 weeks later my LL hasn’t received my rent check and dexsta is having trouble reimbursing me. Very disorganized
