Victoria helped very much with reporting a stolen check. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was accurate for the report. She got me new checks and was very caring.

Victoria Otero provided great customer service and answered all my questions regarding applying for a home equity line of credit.

The teller was very helpful and did all she could do to help me out.

Desert financial has a friendly and inviting atmosphere asking with cheerful, helpful employees. They remember your name and provide prompt service. Rochelle was quick to help us and provided everything we needed.

I entered this branch as a non customer needing a ton of Notary Work done as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile By Sabrina and one of the quickest waits ever my name was called by Michelle Zerba and I was greeted with a warm smile and a handshake! I never felt like royalty inside of a bank and I don’t even have an account! I will be setting up my children’s Trust and the trust for my next vehicle purchase here the vibe felt so grand!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been banking with Desert Schools since 2001 but pretty much always at the Greenfield and Southern branch (which is great!). I have stopped by this branch twice because I was in the area, and I regretted it both times, the tellers here are absolute jerks and could give a rat's ass about their customers. If you like Desert Schools that's fine there are many great branches.... Just not this one!!

I have been with desert schools since 2010 and I've been reading the reviews and some have said they have been with them longer, but still give them 1 star. Why put one star for the one incident that occurred after such a long time? They were a faithful customer for a reason, but seemed to have forgotten all of that. ATM stole my money of 400$, they gave it back and trusted my word. Always nice, professional, and trust worthy.

in my opinion this is the WORST bank that I have EVER been to. started banking with them in the late 70s early 80s they use to b AWESOME the only bank I would use was referred there by my father and brother for years we had nothing but good things to say about them then in the early 2000 the bank just went DOWN hill rude clerks that just want to set behind counter and talk instead of help you. so after being with them for 20 30 years my mom went to draw money out and her license was one day expired she was going through chemotherapy and did not have any hair did not want to get license pic done without hair and they would not help her and make the exception after 20years of being there so her and my father closed their account over the years they have been so rude to my brother and me that we also closed our account. fast forward some years we need to refinance the house idk exactly how it happened but dad went back to desert schools and got the loan. then he passed. my mother's has since became house ridden she is not healthy enough to leave just hurts her to bad. eyes , legs , arms... she's old but we still have the loan so I pay it for her have gotten set up on their account after a bunch of hoops I had to jump through but can find my make payments for her. just went to make a payment for her and the RUDE teller behind the counter acted like I was bugging her cuz I wanted to make my payment tried EVERYTHING to not let me make payment not ur account , ya I know but I have had it set up where u can make payments for her , it's gonna charge u if we do a cash advance , ya don't do it as a cash advance do it as a pin transfer . ok , but I don't think you are Sharon (that is my mom's name) no I am not but I am set up to make her payments for her here it's here account her card and im gonna use the pin anyways thought it didn't matter if I knew the pin. oh no I can not do this cuz ur name aint on her card. tried to explain to her that it is her account her card her house payment that need to b made and im on account to make payment. your name is not on her card there is nothing I can do for you have a good 😠😠😠😠😠😠 I HATE DESERT SCHOOL WILL refinance moms loan ANYWHERE else IDC if interest is 40% I'm getting away from desert schools the WORSE BANK IN THE WORLD

Not really sure why they even have an ATM when it's always unavailable. Their drive through representatives are not very educated with online banking and they are not very helpful when I have questions. I actually had to call and speak to the manager to get a simple question answered.
