    I have had an account over 10 years and have finally closed my account to move to a new better bank. Very rude customer service at Del-One, I also have been unable to check my balance online or over the phone for 6 years now! I have to go to the ATM for even my balance. After using the ATM a certain amount of times a month they charge you for that! I am very happy to have closed my account and move somewhere new!

    I have been with the bank for over 10 years. After experiencing several issues with my accounts, online banking and poor, disgusting customer service. I decided for file a complaint with the NCUA. It's been over a month of no one communicating with me about my issues. The customer service has made a drastic turn for the worse.

    Things r not good . 7/14 to 7/16 been trying to go on line to do some banking can't get on. Called in on 7/16 waited on the line 45mins to talk to someone to only be told system may be down and that they can not even get into my account. Then was advised will need to go to local branch. But wait can't do that as they r by appointment only. So then was told try a live teller. This is not good as I need to see my bank statement Todo some banking. Been with you guys over 20 years but now thinking it may be time for a change. I hope someone gets these issue fixed soon.

    DELONE does not offer you the ability to ACH payment for an auto loan on their website, only way to pay the bill WITHOUT being charged an outrageous FEE is to mail the payment in, or of course go to the branch - who is going to do that? SO, with mail being delayed during holidays etc. my auto bill pay that processes 2 weeks prior to the due date, was delayed in the mail. My checking account shows the money having been taken out of my account 2 weeks before the due date. BUT Delone did not receive it due to post office incompetence/understaffing etc. So the collection calls start, so i look into it and the check is in postal nevernever land. No problem, I just offer to pay over the phone and stop payment on my check (which they charge $10 fee to make a payment to a DEBIT card!). 1 week later I get a letter in the mail with a cancelled check fee which instead of charging to the auto loan account - they charge to my checking account that i only have set up with them because it is required in order to have the auto loan - so it overdraws that "dumbie account" and they charge me an Maintenance fee for that account. I call to work this out - wait on hold for 55 Min. to get to an agent that is uncooperative and rude and tells me they will not credit the account. They acknowledge that the check was post marked well before the due date but literally tell me that using bill pay is "my choice" ie.... this is your fault. I will be sending my business elsewhere. Waiting to talk to a supervisor on the phone now.... been on hold collectively for 70 min now...and holding....90 min now....after 1hr and 35 min they get back on the phone and tell me they need to call me back - now 24 hours later - no phone call - TO THEIR CREDIT - 2 DAYS LATER THEY CALLED ME AND MADE IT RIGHT

    Del one needs to hire A LOT more employees not only for their incredibly slow response time call center but also for their drive thru tellers. I had the customer before me at drive thru leave her ID on the scan area. I told the teller who said I messaged someone inside who will be coming out to get it " don't go anywhere" . Well after 10 minutes of no employees showing up i left as I was now LATE for my appointment. I then called the del one number and chose the call back option. No one called back for over a hour!!!! By the time they did i had driven the woman's ID to her house and driven away. My mother called and chose the call back option once and she got no call back for over 6 hours!!! I have used credit unions in other states and del one is by far the worst.

    Worst experience ever. I have banked with Del One for a long time. 7/14/2021, I spoke with Malachi via chat function online. He gave me wrong information. Told me to go to the branch and I’ll get sorted due to verification issues. 7/15, called in, by chance, Malachi again. He asked for my issue, while I explained, he then proceeded to speak about baseball while I was explaining my issue. This is utmost unprofessional conduct. Could have at least placed me on hold and act like he cares. I explained my problem, he tried a diagnosis and after an attempt, he says Del One cannot help, I ought to speak with Zelle. Malachi then went ahead and gave me a number that deals only with corporate Del One counterparts/associates, no customer service. The call happened at 3:35 on 7/15. Management should look into this conduct and discipline accordingly. Very displeased in such service.

    I spoke with a woman’s on the phone by the name cherry or sherry whatever her name was and she was extremely rude. And when I told her that I was calling to pay my auto loan her response was is the next one going to be on time. I’m highly disappointed in there customer service. The lady was rude and snobbish and lucky I was having a good day or she would of received some choice words. I suggest you guys hire better staff. Side note I’ve been calling for 4 days and everytime I choose the call back I never get a call back do y’all want your money or not??

    Worst bank to ever have to deal with. Customer service is the worst. EVERYTIME I call i NEVER get a hold of anyone. The automatic machine cuts the call off after 21mins. Use the call back method "reserving your spot in line" and what do you know, I never get a call back. AGAIN WORST BANK/CREDIT UNION to ever deal with. Worse then TD!!! Once this car is finally paid off I'm never using del one again!

    Absolutely horrible!!! I’ve been trying to make my car payment for almost two weeks now and I gave them my bank account number and everything they needed to make my car payment and it has yet been paid and I just got a letter in the mail stating that my car payment is past due and I can not get ahold of anyone to pay it!!! I’ve left my call back number 3 times already in the past two days and sat on hold for about 30 minutes today and I still have not been able to get ahold of anyone!! I’m livid because after the 10 day grace period, this will go against me and my fiancé’s credit even though we have been trying to pay this for a while now, they just won’t take my payment. I know the money is in my bank account, so that is definitely not the issue
